Assessments

The apprenticeship is assessed through a combination of:



Workplace Training – learning and development through real consultancy projects.

Off-the-Job Training – classroom or online learning (typically one day per week).

Portfolio of Evidence – showcasing practical work and achievements.

Knowledge Tests – assessing understanding of core business and consultancy concepts.

End-Point Assessment (EPA) – a final evaluation that includes:

Work-Based Project – an in-depth consulting project based on a real business issue.

Presentation & Professional Discussion – a structured interview reviewing your knowledge, skills, and behaviours.



Successful completion leads to the achievement of the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship Standard, a respected qualification in the business sector.

Entry Requirements

A Level 3 qualification such as A Levels, T Levels, BTECs or an equivalent level qualification.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

You will need 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (Grade A to C), which must include Maths and English.
